Tower Rush Terms and Conditions

1.General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Tower Rush ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Tower Rush website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Tower Rush platform. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and all VIP programme activities.

Tower Rush reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2.Eligibility and Age Verification

To use Tower Rush you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Tower Rush does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of Tower Rush or any of its associated companies.
• You must be accessing the platform in your own name with your own genuine payment methods.

Tower Rush may request age and identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID such as a CNIC or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.Account Registration

Each player may hold one Tower Rush account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering your Tower Rush account you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Your Tower Rush account is personal to you. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Transfer your account to another person.
• Open an account on behalf of another person.

Tower Rush reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including accounts where suspicious activity has been detected, where inaccurate information was provided at registration or where these Terms have been breached in any way.

If you wish to close your Tower Rush account, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.

4.Deposits and Payments

Tower Rush accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform. The full list of currently available deposit methods is displayed in your Tower Rush account dashboard.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Tower Rush does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source it may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Tower Rush does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

Deposits are processed immediately under normal conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your Tower Rush balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact the support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Tower Rush account can be made to your verified payment method in PKR. To submit a withdrawal request navigate to the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard, select your preferred method and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit, where the platform allows it.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Tower Rush reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tiers receive priority processing on their withdrawal requests.

Tower Rush does not charge fees on withdrawals, however your payment provider may charge their own fees. If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly processed or delayed beyond expected timeframes, contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

Tower Rush offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, fish game promotions, cricket season specials and VIP rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all Tower Rush offers unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each offer. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• Tower Rush reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk, or placing offsetting bets — will result in bonus removal and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of meeting the wagering requirements.

VIP programme rewards — cashback, milestone bonuses and tier benefits — are subject to the VIP programme terms detailed on the VIP page. VIP points and tier status are not transferable between accounts.

7.Betting Rules

All bets placed on Tower Rush are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are governed by the sports betting rules displayed within the Sports section of the platform. Casino games, fish games and bingo are governed by the rules specific to each game title.

General betting rules that apply across the Tower Rush platform:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your Tower Rush account balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that market.
• Tower Rush reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error, technical fault or data feed error has occurred.
• Maximum stake limits apply on certain markets and may be adjusted at Tower Rush's discretion for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Tower Rush account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability and are subject to the relevant in-play betting rules.

During major cricket events including PSL matches and T20 international fixtures, betting markets may temporarily suspend to update odds in response to match developments. This is normal and does not affect the validity of bets already placed before the suspension.

8.Responsible Gaming

Tower Rush is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming on Tower Rush should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Tower Rush account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Tower Rush platform. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access it.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your net win or loss position for the current session.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Tower Rush platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or permanent closure of all associated accounts:

• Opening or operating more than one Tower Rush account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are not payable.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting or use of privileged non-public information in placing bets.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity through your Tower Rush account.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage betting designed solely to clear bonuses, or any other strategy that Tower Rush determines constitutes bonus abuse.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Tower Rush support staff or other platform users.

Tower Rush cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is suspected and will report such activity where required.

10.Privacy and Data

Tower Rush collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account on Tower Rush you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by Tower Rush includes information provided during registration, payment details necessary for processing transactions, identity verification documents and usage data generated through your interaction with the platform. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with our obligations and improve the platform.

11.Limitation of Liability

Tower Rush provides its platform on an "as available" basis. Tower Rush shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Tower Rush platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Tower Rush's liability for matters that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12.Changes to These Terms

Tower Rush reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the Tower Rush platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
